Leaving any well established company to take on a new challenge can be pretty daunting. Especially when you are stepping into a new role with different expectations and working with a completely new team. There will be excitement but will always be coupled with a level of nervous trepidation around what to expect.
Over the past few months we have been working with Truprint based in Newton Abbot as they go through a program of digital investment and growth. The online team has already doubled in size and the hunt for first-class digital talent continues.
Exciting times are ahead at Truprint and the pace of change and development will continue to make waves in the printing and personalised gifts sector. We are currently on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Executive with a focus on Paid Search to join this rapidly growing team.
Rob Crump, Acquisition and Partnerships Manager who joined Truprint to be a part of this journey has shared his thoughts on his thoughts on his first 9 months in the business:
“Right from day one I knew Truprint was the company for me; I could tell how critical we all are to the success of the brand. I think some of this comes down to a benefit of working within a close knit team.
The collaborative working environment suits me down to the ground; we’re all responsible for our own channels but we all work together day in day out to drive Truprint forward.
The last 9 months have been an absolute whirlwind, and I love it. There’s always so much going on at Truprint, and every day throws up a new challenge to get stuck into.
Bring on the next 9 months!”
